GRAVIMETRIC FILLING MACHINES FOR PAILS

DN fillers provide high accuracy filling using load cells with digital scales and Fast-Fill/Slow-Fill. These models provide many standard and optional features which meet the most specialized requirements.

Models are available with up to 4 filling nozzles for filling up to 600 containers per hour.

Electronic weighing provides accuracy to better than ±0.1% of target fills. This will satisfy your customers and reduce product loss during filling.

Sub-Surface models are available for filling foaming products.

Special nozzles are available for thin or viscous products.

The machines may be provided with explosion proof electrical systems for use in hazardous locations.

The DN machines are designed for easy cleaning and maintenance, and it includes visual and tactile indicators and manual overrides for easy servicing.

KN FILLING MACHINES WITH WEIGHT TRIPPING DEVICES

KN model machines are more economical machines that can accurately fill a wide range of containers and products utilizing simple "weight tripping devices" for weight sensing. This time proven system provides an accurate and durable and will provide many years of service.

KN machines are available with from 1 to 6 filling nozzles to provide filling speeds of up to 720 pails per hour.

Accuracy to within ±0.5% of target weight is achieved to meet government standards and satisfy your customers.

The simple design of the KN model filling machines allows easy installation and maintenance, and the durability to provide the user with a long and productive lifetime.

KN model fillers are pneumatically operated and explosion proof for use in hazardous areas.

Designer's Notes: We offer two types of gravimetric pail fillers. The KN models are economical and durable, and the DN fillers have the same durability with high fill accuracies, digital scales, and easier adjustment. If you are filling pails, one of the 16 models and many option packages can meet your needs.
