RANGE OF PRODUCTS:
Crandall International machines are used for filling many food products, generally
packages that would be considered industrial or institutional. These include products
such as:
DN FILLERS
DN fillers are most often used for filling food products. Sub-surface
DN models are available for foaming products. They have
many standard features that make them well suited for filling food products.
Standard features include stainless steel scale base cover, stainless steel
scale controller enclosure, stainless steel roller conveyor tubes, tubular
steel construction, USDA approved stainless steel pigment polyurethane
paint, and open construction to make cleaning easier. The machines are
usually equipped with optional 316 stainless steel product contact parts, and
-frequently- with 3A sanitary contact parts. Other options frequently
added are stainless steel conveyor axles, stainless steel load cell base,
plastic bushings replacing bearings, and stainless steel frame.
KN FILLERS
With food products, KN Fillers are, primarily, used for filling edible
oils. They are economically priced and productive machines. Standard
features include stainless steel weight tripping device, USDA approved
stainless steel pigment polyurethane paint, and stainless steel conveyor
roller tubes. They are usually equipped with 316 stainless steel
product contact parts and, sometimes, are equipped with 3A Sanitary Stainless
steel product contact parts.
SANITARY PRODUCT CONTACT PARTS
USDA design, sanitary (3A) product contact parts are available for
food applications. The sanitary contact parts permit rapid and
complete cleaning.
PLASTIC PAIL CLOSING
Food products are often filled in plastic pails. The CLS-25 and
CLA-25 pail closers are most often used to close plastic pails of
food products because of their open design which allows easy washdown.
Standard features include tubular steel design, USDA approved
stainless steel pigment polyurethane paint, and stainless steel conveyor
roller tubes. Most frequently chosen options are stainless steel
conveyor axles, and stainless steel closing head.
