DN FILLERS
DN fillers are often used for filling chemical products. Sub-surface
DN models are available, and are often used for filling
janitorial supplies and other foaming products. 316 Stainless Steel
product contact parts are available for corrosion resistance.
Their standard features include fast-fill/slow-fill and digital
indicator for high filling accuracy, NEMA 4X scale controller enclosure,
tubular steel construction, stainless steel pigment polyurethane
paint, and open construction to make cleaning easier. If required, the machines may be
constructed with stainless steel frames. Explosion proof electrics are available if the machine will be used in
a hazardous location.
KN FILLERS
KN Fillers offer a lower priced alternative to the DN fillers. They
are economically priced and productive machines. The products most
frequently filled on KN model fillers are solvents, paint removers, and
paint. Standard
features include stainless steel weight tripping device, stainless
steel pigment polyurethane paint, and stainless steel conveyor
roller tubes. Sub-Surface machines are available for foaming products.
They are may be equipped with 316 stainless steel
product contact parts, and they are explosion proof in standard
configuration.
METAL AND PLASTIC PAIL CLOSING
Many chemicals are filled in plastic and metal pails. The CLS-25 and
CLA-25 pressure pail closers can be used for closing either or both type of pails.
They are explosion proof in standard configurations.
