The machine uses hot-melt or cold glue to apply paper labels to round pails. The containers diameters may be up to 30 cm, 12" diameter.
The machine can be equipped with conical rollers so that plastic pails can be labeled.
Minimum label size is 89 mm H x 26 mm L (3.5: H x 1" L).
Maximum label height is 200 mm (8").
It can apply glue onto the whole label or only onto the ends of
the label. Application on the ends conserves glue and makes
the label look smoother.
The machine automatically adjusts the pattern of the glue for
best results.
The labels are fed to the containers automatically. A label
hopper is included which holds approximately 300 labels.
One operator can label up to 15 containers per minute, depending on the label length.
The operation is easy. The operator places a container on the applicator, and it begins to rotate. The machine detects the handle and one label is automatically dispensed and glued onto the rotating container- on the front of the pail. The operator removes the labeled container, and places another container.
The machine is easily assembled. The label feeder is easily placed on the machine. A wheeled cart is included and can be quickly assembled. Machine may be connected to 110-120 v or 220-230 v, 50 or 60 hz, 1 phase electrics.
The roller guides are quickly and easily adjusted to the size of the container and label. No special parts are necessary to change labels or containers.
The label tray is quickly adjusted for the label size.
The machine should be regularly cleaned and rotating parts lightly lubricated. A sturdy, molded ABS plastic cover provides durability and chemical resistance.
The system is available with 110-120 v or 220-230 v, 50 or 60 hz, 1 phase electrics. Less than 20 amps is required for operation.
