PAIL FILLING MACHINES
Pail filling machines from CRANDALL INTERNATIONAL are able to fill a wide range of food, chemical and petroleum products. Filling by weight provides fast and accurate filling of most liquid and semi-liquid food, chemical and petroleum products. The machines are capable of filling non-foaming or foaming products with viscosities to 500,000 cps.
The pail fillers are flexible and, in most cases, can fill containers from 2 to 25 liters (1/2-6 gallons). They are also capable of filling jugs, bottles, bag-in-box and most rigid containers.
PAIL CLOSING MACHINES,PAIL CRIMPING MACHINES
for metal and plastic pailsCRANDALL INTERNATIONAL CLA, CLS and CLT model press closers are capable of closing both plastic pails and lug cover metal lids.
CI RPC roller closers are capable of closing plastic pails at speeds to 20 per minute.
Manual closing tools are also available for small operations.
FILLING LINES
Filling and closing machines are often combined to form a complete filling line, giving the purchaser an efficient and accurate packaging operation.
The filling lines are capable of filling pails from 8 to 25 liters (2 to 6 gallons) at speeds of up to 12 pails per minute with one worker.
LABELER
The CIL-205 labeler from CRANDALL INTERNATIONAL for pails can ease the work of labeling pails.
One worker can label up to 10 pails per minute.
These machines can ease the placement of labels on pails, and assure a straight alignment.
